SHRIMP AND GRAPEFRUIT SALAD

 The SALAD IN THIS PERIOD AND 'THE QUEEN YET, SO WHY' DO NOT MAKE A GREAT DISH WITH FEW INGREDIENTS?

                                         SHRIMP AND GRAPEFRUIT SALAD
Ingredients for 4 people

FOR THE DRESSING

5 cuchhiai mayonnaise
1 of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
a handful of chopped tarragon
2 tablespoons sour cream or "greek yogurt"
salt and pepper.
a pinch of grated grapefruit peel

PREPARATION
